ysdmill band saw blade

When replacing the saw blade, first open the upper and lower protective doors, loosen the fixing screws of the sliding plate, rotate the lifting handwheel to lower the upper saw wheel, loosen the saw blade, take out the old saw blade, and place the sharpened saw blade on the upper and lower saw wheels. Pay attention to keeping the sharp angle of the teeth downward and not flipping upward, then rotate the lifting handwheel to raise the upper saw wheel and tighten the saw blade. Rotate the upper saw wheel again by hand to see if all the teeth are exposed on the outer side of the saw wheel rim. If not, adjust the upper saw wheel again until the teeth are exposed on the rim. Walk smoothly on the edges of the upper and lower saw wheels and perpendicular to the workbench.

The tension device of the saw blade is divided into two types: spring and hammer, and this machine is a spring device. The base tension should be determined based on the width, thickness, speed, etc. of the saw blade. Usually, a finger is used to press the saw blade and determine whether its tension is appropriate based on its left and right bending. In general, when manually pressing the saw blade, the bending degree of the saw blade should be between 3.2-6.4 millimeters.

The width of the saw blade should match the width of the saw wheel surface and should not exceed the width of the wheel surface.

The saw blade is clamped in the middle of the saw clip, and the bottom of the serrated teeth should be in line with the outer edge of the saw clip. The saw blade should not be clamped too tightly and should be able to slide in the middle of the saw clip. There should be gaps on both sides, with each side having a gap of approximately 0.04-0.08 millimeters. The back of the saw blade is approximately 0.8 millimeters away from the pulley. If the saw blade has already come into contact with the pulley when it is idle, it indicates that the saw blade is back, or the pulley is forward, or the tension of the saw blade has disappeared. The upper saw wheel or pulley should be adjusted, or the saw blade should be removed and inspected, compacted, and trimmed.

Have you memorized all these methods?
